BLRC will organise a Clubmans comp safari on 10th APRIL at BELL FARM, HORSFORD

[2] Jurisdiction

This meeting will be held under the General Regulations of Motorsport UK (incorporating the provisions of the International Sporting Code of the FIA), and these Supplementary Regulations.

The event is open to all fully-elected members of Blrc, Essex, Suffolk lrc, Anglian, Staffs & Shrops, Lincs, Midland, southern, and Scor.

All entrants must produce a club membership card MSA number ,

helmet, hans devices and spill kits, sos cards and ropes must be available for inspection

The event is a round of comp safari circuits maximum of 10

[6] Scrutineering/Programme

Scrutineering starts at 7.30 on 10th APRIL at Bell Farm, Horsford

[7] Event Start

The event will start at 10 am.

Nature of Start: competitors will start at 2 minute intervals with a traffic light start, red to indicate imminent countdown, amber for 5 seconds to green go.

 

Handicapping Details: most experienced drivers to start line up according to coc.

Any competitor not signed on by 9.30 may be excluded.

[8] Description of Event .competition safari.

There will be a number of marshalls at crucial stages of the course, where drivers are most likely to need recovery, or unexpected incident, with flags and walkie talkies to communicate state of play. Ie, stop, delay, hazard. The maximum time allowed for a recovery before a driver has to retire is 30 minutes. There will be no live recovery. Drivers will be asked to stop while recovery takes place. They can then opt to start again or take a maximum

Practicing will not be permitted.

Identification numbers will be issued by the organisers, unless already present.

The maximum entry for the meeting is 25 and the minimum is 2. Should any of the above figures not be reached, the organisers have the right to amalgamate classes or cancel the event.

[18] Entry Fee/Refunds

The Entry Fee is £ £60/80 . All entries must be made on the official form and be accompanied by the entry fee. Refunds will be issued if an entrant cannot make the event, the event is cancelled, or if they fail scrutineering.

If the car and any accompanying safety equipment does not pass scrutineering.
